Identity theft is rapidly becoming a common occurrence. The ease of hacking into databases and web sites continue to increase. And the capabilities for those who engage in fraudulent activity continue to grow as a result.
Don will explain how a combination of RFID and Secure Multifactor Authentication Display Card provides a high degree of security. RFID provides the basis for both physical access and logical access when entering a building and signing on the computer. The Display Card provides the connection to the server and offers strong authentication through the use of the OATH (Initiative for Open Authentication) algorithm. This technology provides strong security and offers the flexibility of utilizing numerous manufacturers hardware devices and various servers.
Also discussed will be Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance regarding ID thef prevention and how new techniques are available to protect financial institutions and corporate enterprises alike.
