View Presentation .ppt

P. Scott Carter, Founder and CEO
Barry P. Benight, Founder and CTO
Digital Ocular Networks, Inc.

If barcodes tell you, "What"; and RFID tells you,
"Which"; then, Digital Ocular Networks will tell you,
"Who"!
Digital Ocular presents their asset tracking system
that uses video surveillance and RFID. This system is
currently in beta at a car dealership in Santa Clara,
California. This system includes a custom built
antenna, UHF tag and video processing and storage
management software.

Speakers

P. Scott Carter, Founder and CEO. Scott has over 15
years of enterprise IT experience working in emerging
technology areas. His expertise includes: TCP/IP
Stacks at FTP Software; EAI middleware with
Constellar; and Multi-lingual website creation with
eTranslate. In each instance, he created an ROI model
that customers used to justify investing in unproven
technologies.

Barry P. Benight, Founder and CTO. Barry has more than
25 years experience in hardware and software
development. He has worked in world leading
organizations such as Stanford University,
Scientific-Atlanta, and Philips Electronics.

At Philips, he worked extensively over a five-year
period providing technical leadership to help bring
the Singapore Electronic Road Pricing system into
being. As Quality Manager for the project, and one of
the two named project officers approved by the
Singapore government, Barry lead the efforts to insure
that the system (including RFID, video, and data
infrastructure) met the stringent contract
requirements.

Barry is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer
and holds a BSEE Degree from Stanford University.
