The eCLIC goal is to realize a user-friendly, point and click, application-rich wireless world for emergency responders and managers. eCLIC will apply decades of field experience, focusing its efforts on three critical areas that comprise the "eCLIC Success Triad": Visionary Leadership (Policies, Procedures) Technology Innovation (Hard Infrastructure) Skills / Applications Innovation (Soft Infrastructure) WCA's eCLIC will build upon recent hands-on experience with U.S. Department of Homeland Security Technology Evaluation projects. Additional pilot projects and liaisons are under review and they will be announced as they approach fruition. Good ideas, proposals, volunteers, and sponsors are welcome. Currently, eCLIC has a significant international Advisory Board and a small Management Board led by chairman Pat Lanthier.
